This 1961 Mercedes-Benz 190SL was mechanically refurbished at a cost of $36k between 2011 and 2012. It received further freshening in 2021 before being acquired by the selling dealer in 2025. The car is finished in black over red leather and powered by a 1.9-liter M121 inline-four paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a black convertible top, a red top boot, 13″ steel wheels with body-color hubcaps, and power-assisted drum brakes. Service performed by the selling dealer in preparation for the sale included changing the fluids and replacing the wheel cylinders, tires, battery, spark plugs, and fuel-level sender. This 190SL is now offered as part of the DriverSource 2025 Spring Motoring Collection with a copy of the data card, a dossier of records, a Mercedes-Benz 190SL Restoration and Ownership book set, and a Texas title.

Steel 13″ wheels wear chrome trim rings and hubcaps with body-color accents. They were mounted with 175/85 Michelin ZX whitewall tires as part of the 2025 service. A matching spare wheel is stored in the trunk. The car is equipped with a double-wishbone front suspension and a rear swing axle with coil springs. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted drum brakes, and the wheel cylinders were replaced in 2025.
