This 1963 Chevrolet Impala has been refinished in light blue over blue vinyl and fitted with a 350ci V8 and a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a Level Ride air suspension with an Evolve four-corner billet manifold valve and twin Airmaxx 580 air compressors in addition to power steering, chrome 13″ knock-off wire wheels, an Alpine CD stereo, a Rockford Fosgate sound system, an Edelbrock intake manifold, a Weber four-barrel carburetor, and a dual exhaust system. Purchased by the current owner on BaT in April 2022, this Impala is offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with service records and a clean California title.
The car was repainted light blue with two-tone blue pinstriping under previous ownership and features chrome bumpers, bright trim, quad headlights, dual side mirrors, and a recessed tail panel with dual triplet taillights. The paint on the left door is bubbled and chipped, and the front fenders have drilled holes near the windshield. Other blemishes are shown in the gallery below.
Chrome 13″ knock-off wire wheels are mounted with 155/80 Remington Touring LX narrow-whitewall tires. The car is equipped with power steering and a Level Ride air suspension featuring Bluetooth control, an Evolve four-corner billet manifold valve, an air tank, and twin Airmaxx 580 air compressors. Braking is handled by unassisted drums at all four corners.
The cabin features two rows of bench seating upholstered in blue vinyl and accompanied by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Appointments include a cabin heater, an Alpine CD stereo, and a Rockford Fosgate amplifier, subwoofer, and speakers. The upholstery is separating around the instrument binnacle and there is corrosion on the trunk floor.
The painted two-spoke steering wheel features a half horn ring and sits ahead of a horizontal-sweep 120-mph speedometer, a fuel level gauge, and an analog clock. The five-digit odometer shows 94k miles, approximately 500 of which were added under current ownership.
A 350ci V8 has been installed and features an Edelbrock intake manifold, a Weber four-barrel carburetor, and an HEI distributor. The oil was changed in 2024.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission. The car is equipped with a dual side-exit exhaust system.
