This Honda S600 & S800 got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1965 Honda S600 is a left-hand-drive roadster that was refurbished prior to the selling dealer’s acquisition in 2024. The car is finished in red over black leatherette and powered by a 606cc inline-four outfitted with quadruple Keihin side-draft carburetors. Shifting is through a four-speed manual transmission, and further equipment includes 13″ steel wheels and drum brakes along with a wood-rimmed steering wheel and a push-button AM radio. A replacement black convertible top was installed in preparation for the sale. This S600 is now offered at no reserve with a clean California title that lists the car as a 1964 model year.

No Reserve: 1965 Honda S600 Roadster

The car has been refinished in red, and the black soft top was replaced in anticipation of the sale. Exterior details include a black top boot, fender-mounted mirrors, wrap-around chrome bumpers, and dual exhaust outlets.

This is a relist after the vehicle was previously sold on BaT in April 2025 and the winning bidder failed to follow through with their commitment to purchase. This was not due to any fault with the vehicle. The winner’s participation on BaT has been restricted and their buyer’s fee was not refunded.

No Reserve: 1965 Honda S600 Roadster

Silver-finished 13″ steel wheels wear Honda-branded hubcaps and are mounted with 175/70 Pirelli Cinturato tires, while a spare wheel wrapped in Michelin rubber is stored in the trunk compartment. Braking is handled by drums at each corner.

No Reserve: 1965 Honda S600 Roadster

Configured in left-hand-drive, the cabin houses a pair of bucket seats trimmed in black leatherette that extends to the dashboard and door panels. Brushed metal trim adorns the instrument surround, and further appointments include a push-button AM radio, a heater/defroster, and lap belts.

No Reserve: 1965 Honda S600 Roadster

The wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts a 200-km/h speedometer, an 11k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges monitoring coolant temperature, amperage, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 20 kilometers (~12 miles), and true mileage is unknown.

No Reserve: 1965 Honda S600 Roadster

The 606cc inline-four is equipped with quadruple Keihin side-draft carburetors and was factory rated at 57 horsepower. An MSD Street Fire ignition control module and coil have been installed.

No Reserve: 1965 Honda S600 Roadster

Power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transmission and dual outboard chain-drive assemblies.
