This pastel green-over-black Land Rover 109 is a right-hand drive Series III pickup that was imported to the US before it was purchased by the selling dealer in 2023. The truck is powered by a 2.25-liter inline-four linked to a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Equipment includes a brown canvas cargo canopy, a folding windshield, 16″ steel wheels, three-across seats, and sliding side windows. This 109 Series III is now offered by the selling dealer with an Ohio title.
The truck was refinished in pastel green under prior ownership, and a brown canvas soft top with white piping covers the cargo bed. Other details include a folding windshield, cowl vents, dual mirrors, and a drop-down tailgate. Gallery photos show dents and scratches on various body panels, and the selling dealer notes rust on the underside of the doors.
Sand-tone 16″ steel wheels wear 7.50-series Deestone Extra Traction tires that show 2005 date codes, and a spare is secured to the hood. Braking is handled by drums at each corner, and the truck is equipped with AVM manually locking front hubs. The brake fluid was changed in 2024.
The three-across front seats are upholstered in black vinyl, and interior appointments include gray carpeting, lap belts, a dashboard storage shelf, and sliding side windows. The accelerator pedal cover is missing, and the selling dealer tells us that some of the wiring was replaced in 2024.
The three-spoke steering wheel fronts a 95-mph speedometer and a combination gauge with readouts for fuel level and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 523 miles, approximately 80 of which were added under current ownership. True mileage is unknown.
The 2.25-liter inline-four is equipped with a single downdraft carburetor and was factory rated at 70 horsepower and 117 lb-ft of torque. Service in 2024 involved changing the oil and replacing the distributor cap, rotor, spark plugs, and battery.
Power is routed to the rear or all four wheels via a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The clutch slave cylinder was replaced in 2024. Rust is visible on the underside components.
The serial number tag pictured above is affixed below the dash and shows vehicle number M107/3411, while the truck is titled in Ohio under VIN M10713411.
The current Ohio title carries a “Non-Actual Warning: Odometer Discrepancy” mileage notation.
