This Mercedes-Benz R107 SL got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1987 Mercedes-Benz 560SL was purchased new by the current owner from Marsh Motors in Hamden, Connecticut, and it shows 28k miles following registration history in that state. Finished in Arctic White over blue leather upholstery, the car is powered by a 5.5-liter V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, a dark blue soft top, a removable hardtop, silver-finished 15″ Gullideckel alloy wheels, fog lights, electric windows, central locking, cruise control, and automatic climate control. This R107 is offered on dealer consignment with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a Connecticut title.

The car is finished in Arctic White (147) and features a color-matched removable hardtop and a dark blue convertible soft top. Additional exterior equipment includes fog lights, a power antenna, and chrome-accented bumpers and trim. Tears on the soft top sides are noted by the selling dealer, and photographs of paint-meter readings are presented in the gallery.

The silver-finished 15″ Gullideckel alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin tires. The car was factory equipped with power steering, a fully independent suspension, and power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes.

The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a 170-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, a clock, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel economy, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 28k miles, all of which were added under current ownership.
