This 1989 Mercedes-Benz 560SL shows 18k miles following history in Ohio, New York, and Pennsylvania. It is finished in Black Pearl Metallic over Cream Beige leather and is powered by a 5.5-liter V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, a black soft top, a body-color removable hardtop, silver-finished 15″ Gullideckel wheels, electric windows, cruise control, and automatic climate control. Recently acquired by the selling dealer, this R107 is now offered in New York with manufacturer’s literature, a tool kit, the removed factory radio, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title.
The car is finished in Black Pearl Metallic (199) and features a color-matched removable hardtop and a black soft top. Additional exterior equipment includes quad headlights, fog lights, a power antenna, and chrome-accented bumpers and trim. The selling dealer notes that convertible top seal replacement was performed in 2024.
Silver-finished 15″ Gullideckel alloy wheels were mounted with Michelin Defender tires in 2020. The car was factory-equipped with power steering, a fully independent suspension, and power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes. A brake fluid flush was performed in 2024, according to the selling dealer.
The bucket seats are upholstered in Cream Beige leather (275) along with a matching center console and door panels. An Alpine radio with Bluetooth connectivity was installed in 2023, and other interior features include an alarm system, electric windows, cruise control, and automatic climate control. The removed factory stereo is included with the car.
The four-spoke leather-wrapped airbag steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a 170-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, a clock, and auxiliary gauges. The six-digit odometer shows 18k miles.
The 5.5-liter V8 was factory rated at 227 horsepower and 279 lb-ft of torque. The selling dealer tells us that the drive belts were replaced in 2023, and the oil was changed in 2024.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The muffler was replaced in 2024.
Manufacturer’s literature and a tool kit are included in the sale.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage since its initial entry in 1994.
