This 1990 Chevrolet C1500 pickup was custom-built by Precision Roadware and featured in a December 2002 issue of Sport Truck Magazine, bearing the moniker “Cadi-Klysm”. The revised bodywork is finished in black and yellow with multicolor pinstriping and features a Cadillac Escalade-style front fascia, shaved door handles, flared rear fenders, and a one-piece bed. Power is from a modified 4.6-liter Northstar V8 linked to a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission and a Positraction differential. The truck is equipped with a modified chassis, an adjustable front air suspension, Wilwood disc brakes, and 17″ front and 20″ rear Boyd Coddington wheels. The interior features custom panels, aftermarket bucket seats, push-button ignition, a Budnik steering wheel, a Lokar shifter, a Kenwood CD stereo, and Kicker subwoofers. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2025, Cadi-Klysm is now offered with an accident-free Carfax report and a Florida title.
The truck has been customized with a Cadillac Escalade-style front fascia, shaved door handles, flared rear fenders, a roll pan, and an aluminum tonneau cover with hydraulic struts as well as a one-piece bed with a lower light strip. It has been repainted black and yellow with red, purple, and blue pinstriping in addition to a hand–painted Cadillac emblem and “Cadi-Klysm” script on the rear end. The selling dealer tells us that paintwork was performed in preparation for the sale. There are no windshield wipers installed.
The 17″ front and 20″ rear Boyd Coddington wheels are mounted with 245/45 Nitto NT555 Extreme ZR tires up front and 305/40 NT404 Extreme Force rubber out back. The truck features a variable-height front air suspension and adjustable rear traction bars. Braking is handled by Wilwood discs at all four corners. The bushings for the Panhard rods and rear suspension were replaced in preparation for the sale.
The interior has been revised with custom panels and the aftermarket bucket seats are upholstered in black leather. Other elements include push-button ignition, a Lokar shifter, a Kenwood CD stereo, billet door handles and pedal covers, and Kicker subwoofers behind the seats. Controls for the front air suspension and power windows are housed in a flip-out panel on the left side of the center console.
A Budnik steering wheel features a body-color rim and is mounted to a tilting column. The black–painted custom dashboard houses a yellow-dial Classic Instruments 7k-rpm tachometer and 140-mph speedometer. Matching gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage and integrated into an engine-turned panel in the custom center console. The stalled six-digit odometer shows 130 miles.
The firewall and inner fenders have been smoothed and painted black. A 4.6-liter Northstar V8 is said to have been sourced from a 1996 Cadillac and modified for rear-wheel-drive application. The engine features chrome covers, MSD ignition components, auxiliary fluid coolers, an aluminum radiator, and an aftermarket air intake and exhaust headers.
The chassis has been modified and power is sent to the rear wheels through a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission and a Positraction differential.
The Carfax report lists one open recall.
