This 1991 Dodge Power Ram W250 4×4 pickup was initially delivered to Dave Smith’s in Kellogg, Idaho, and remained under the care of its original owner in Washington until the seller’s purchase in 2025. Showing 89k miles, the truck has been refinished Bright White over Charcoal cloth upholstery and is powered by a 5.9-liter Cummins turbodiesel inline-six linked with a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Features include manually locking front hubs, power steering, 16″ steel wheels with bright hubcaps, a cassette stereo, power windows, and air conditioning. This Power Ram W250 is offered with a window sticker, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Oregon title in the seller’s name.
The truck was finished from the factory in Bright White and was refinished in April 2025. Exterior details include a Sweptline bed, black bodyside moldings, a sliding rear window, and a bright rear bumper with a foot step. Close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery below.
The 16″ steel wheels feature bright hubcaps and are fitted with 265/75 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3 tires that were mounted in 2025. The truck is equipped with manually locking front hubs and power steering, and braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The Conventional Cab features a bench seat upholstered in Charcoal cloth, and appointments include a cassette stereo, a tilting steering wheel, power windows and locks, and air conditioning.
The two-spoke steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer and gauges for voltage, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 89k miles, approximately 3k of which were added under current ownership.
The 5.9-liter Cummins intercooled turbodiesel inline-six routes power to the rear or all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission with overdrive, a dual-range transfer case, and a limited-slip rear differential.
Additional underside photos are provided in the gallery below.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Dave Smith’s in Kellogg, Idaho, as well as factory colors, equipment, and a total price of $21,469.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
