This 1995 Ford F-250 XLT is a regular-cab 4×4 pickup that was purchased new by the current owner’s father and later inherited. Subsequent work is said to have included rebuilding the transmission and replacing the water pump, starter, serpentine drive belt, and shock absorbers. Now with 74k miles, the truck is finished in Desert Copper with Colonial White accents and is powered by a 7.3-liter turbodiesel V8 linked to a four-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a limited-slip rear differential. Additional equipment includes 16″ alloy wheels, front disc brakes, manually locking front hubs, a drop-in bedliner, a trailer brake controller, air conditioning, Medium Mocha cloth upholstery, and a BOSS head unit. This F-250 is now offered by the current owner’s husband with a removable bed cap, an accident-free Carfax report, and a Washington title.
The truck is finished in Desert Copper with Colonial White accents. Details include a drop-in bedliner, a rear step bumper, a receiver hitch, and 4×4 bedside decals. A bed cap finished in Desert Copper will accompany the truck.
The 16″ eight-hole alloy wheels are wrapped in an older set of Firestone tires that need to be replaced. The front axle is equipped with manually locking hubs, and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums, with the latter featuring ABS. The shocks are noted to have been replaced.Â
The bench seat is trimmed in Medium Mocha cloth and features a fold-down center armrest with a storage compartment and cup holders. A trailer brake controller is stationed below the dashboard, and appointments include air conditioning, cruise control, power windows, and a BOSS head unit with Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay connectivity.
The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level. The seller states that the check engine light is illuminated, and a diagnostic invoice shown in the gallery below specifies that the Injector Control Pressure circuit is out of range. The digital odometer indicates 74k miles, approximately 6k of which have been added under current ownership.
The 7.3-liter Power Stroke turbodiesel V8 was factory rated at 210 horsepower and 425 lb-ft of torque. A K&N air intake assembly has been retrofitted, and the seller tells us that the water pump, starter, and serpentine drive belt have been replaced.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a limited-slip rear differential. The transmission is said to have been rebuilt under current ownership.
The Carfax report shows at least one open recall.
