This 1997 Chevrolet K1500 Suburban LT was with the original owner in Texas until 2018 and now shows 93k miles. The truck is finished in Onyx Black over beige leather and is powered by a 5.7-liter V8 linked to a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Features include a brush guard, side-hinged rear doors, roof rails, running boards, a receiver hitch, bucket front seats, a CD stereo, and front- and rear-cabin air conditioning. The seller purchased the truck in 2024, and work under current ownership is said to have included reupholstering the driver’s seat and replacing the tires, oil cooler lines, and passenger-side valve cover. This Suburban is offered at no reserve with a handwritten maintenance log, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.
The exterior is finished in Onyx Black and features include a tow ball, a brush guard, side-hinged rear doors, running boards, and tinted windows. A blemish on the right-rear door and scratches on the exterior are noted.
The 16″ five-spoke alloy wheels wear Goodyear Wrangler tires that were mounted in 2024. Stopping power is provided by anti-lock front disc and rear drum brakes. The seller states the variable orifice pressure valve has been removed.
The cabin features three rows of seating trimmed in beige leather, and the seller states the driver’s seat was reupholstered in September 2024. Appointments include air conditioning, a CD stereo, power windows, and factory floor mats. The cruise control system and right-rear window motor do not work.
The tilting four-spoke airbag steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level, voltage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 93k miles, approximately 13k of which were added under current ownership.
The 5.7-liter Vortec V8 was factory rated at 255 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque. The serpentine belt and battery are said to have been changed in September 2022 and the blower motor replaced in April 2023. The seller states that oil cooler lines and passenger-side valve cover breather were also replaced under current ownership.
Power is routed to the rear or all four wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
