This 1998 Mercedes-Benz SL500 has 69k miles following history in multiple states, and the seller purchased it on BaT in January 2023. Subsequent work has included repainting the front bumper cover, rebuilding the Becker stereo, and replacing the driveshaft rear flex disc, driver’s seat cushion, steering angle sensor, lower oil pan gasket, camshaft magnets, and spark plugs. The convertible is finished in Black Opal Metallic over two-tone gray Exclusive leather and is powered by a 5.0-liter V8 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. Features include a removable hardtop, a replacement black soft top, 18″ AMG Monoblock wheels, xenon headlights, and heated power-adjustable seats.
