This 2004 BMW 330i sedan was sold on BaT in November 2024 by the selling dealer, who reacquired the car the following April and swapped its automatic transmission for a ZHP-sourced six-speed manual gearbox and a clutch assembly. Powered by a 3.0-liter inline-six, the car was optioned with the ZHP Performance package, which added aerodynamic bodywork, a sport suspension, and a revised final-drive ratio and engine tuning. It is finished in Silver Gray Metallic over black Montana leather upholstery and is also equipped with power-adjustable front sport seats, 18″ M Double Spoke wheels, an electric sunroof, a rear spoiler, xenon headlights, and a Harman Kardon sound system. This E46 ZHP now has 79k miles and is offered at no reserve in Florida with a window sticker, owner’s manuals, two keys, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.

The car is finished in Silver Gray Metallic (A08) and features an aerodynamic package that includes revised bumper covers and side skirts in addition to black Shadowline trim. Additional details include a rear spoiler, xenon headlights, fog lights, an electric sunroof, rain-sensing windshield wipers, tinted windows, and dual exhaust outlets. The hood struts were replaced in 2024, there are scrapes and a ding on the right-rear wheel arch, and photos provided in the gallery below show other areas with blemishes and chipped paint.

Silver 18″ M Double Spoke wheels are mounted with Falken Pro G5 Sport A/S tires measuring 225/40 up front and 255/35 out back. The ZHP Performance Package added a stiffer sport suspension, revised control arms, and larger anti-roll bars when compared to the standard E46. The power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in black Montana leather, and the rear bench is trimmed to match. Black cube aluminum trim accents the cabin, which is further appointed with automatic climate control, cruise control, a BMW Business CD stereo, and a Harman Kardon sound system. The soft-touch surfaces around the cupholders and in front of the shifter are worn, the headliner is sagging in places, and the selling dealer notes loose B-pillar trim.

The Alcantara-wrapped M sport steering wheel frames a 155-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature, instant fuel economy, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 79k miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership. Worn lower steering-wheel trim is depicted in the gallery.

The 3.0-liter M54 inline-six features upgraded engine management software along with revised camshafts for a factory rating of 235 horsepower and 222 lb-ft of torque in ZHP specification. The valve-cover gasket was replaced in 2024, according to the selling dealer, and additional work at that time is said to have included flushing the coolant, changing the oil, and replacing the oil filter and housing gasket, water pump, thermostat, coolant-expansion tank, lower radiator hose, spark plugs, and drive belts. The oil pan gasket and front crankshaft seal are said to have been replaced in preparation for the sale.

The car’s factory automatic transmission has been replaced with a six-speed manual gearbox under current ownership, and the requisite clutch, flywheel, pedal, and shifter have been fitted. The selling dealer notes that all installed six-speed components were sourced from a ZHP donor vehicle and has 3.07:1 gearing.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to BMW of Beaumont in Texas, factory colors and equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $44,745.
