This 2008 BMW M3 sedan remained registered in California through the current owner’s acquisition in 2025, and it has been modified with a custom two-tone blue leather interior, Öhlins DFV coilovers, aftermarket adjustable control arms, and 19″ Kansei KNP wheels. Powered by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission, it is finished in Alpine White and equipped with the Premium and Technology packages as well as a limited-slip differential, xenon headlights, parking sensors, heated front seats, navigation, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. This E90 M3 has 145k miles and is now offered at no reserve on dealer consignment in California by a Georgia retail dealer with a Carfax report and a clean California title.

The car is finished in Alpine White (300) and features Shadowline trim and adaptive xenon headlights as well as rain-sensing wipers, a glass sunroof, a trunk lid spoiler, black-finished quadruple exhaust outlets, and power-folding side mirrors with carbon fiber covers. The Carfax report lists a rear-end collision with another vehicle in October 2009 that resulted in damage to the front, and a February 2016 entry lists damage to the left front and side portions of the vehicle. The selling dealer states that a paint correction service and ceramic coating application were done within the last 1k miles. The 19″ Kansei KNP wheels feature Hyper Silver centers and machine-finished rims, and they are mounted with 255/35 front and 275/35 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The car features Electronic Damping Control (EDC), and the selling dealer states that Öhlins DFV coilovers and aftermarket adjustable control arms are fitted. Braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. The anti-sway bar links were replaced in July 2024, and the brake rotors and pads are said to have been replaced within the last 1k miles.

The car was delivered new with a Bamboo Beige Novillo leather interior, and the seats, dashboard, and door panels were trimmed in custom two-tone blue leather within the last year, and additional work involved replacing the headliner and removing the rear bench to retrofit replacement blue leather-trimmed panels. Appointments include heated power-adjustable front sport seats, Carbon Structure Leather trim, iDrive with navigation, Comfort Access keyless entry, BMW Assist, a CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, and a rear-view mirror with a digital compass.

The multifunction leather-wrapped steering wheel has been re-covered in blue leather with a matching airbag cover, and it frames an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 145k miles, approximately 3,600 of which were added under current ownership.

The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. The exhaust system has been modified with a custom X-pipe per the selling dealer, who adds that service performed within the last 1k miles involved replacing the rod bearings and cleaning the undercarriage with dry ice. Photos depicting the rod bearing installation are located at the end of the gallery. The car most recently passed a California emissions test in March 2024, and the oil was changed in June 2024.
