This 2010 BMW M3 convertible has 59k miles following registration history in Georgia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. It is finished in Jerez Black Metallic over Bamboo Beige Novillo leather and is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. Equipment includes a Dinan exhaust system, the Technology Package, 19″ forged Style 220 wheels, M Drive, Electronic Damping Control, a limited-slip differential, adaptive xenon headlights, a retractable hardtop, heated front seats, navigation, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. This E93 M3 is now offered by the selling dealer with the owner’s manual, a clean Carfax report, and a Pennsylvania title.
The car is finished in Jerez Black Metallic (A73) and features a retractable hardtop and adaptive xenon headlights as well as rain-sensing wipers, and quadruple exhaust outlets. Photos showing paint-meter readings are included in the gallery.
This is a relist after the vehicle was previously listed on BaT in May 2025 and the winning bidder failed to follow through with their commitment to purchase. This was not due to any fault with the vehicle. The winner’s participation on BaT has been restricted and their buyer’s fee was not refunded.
Forged 19″ Style 220 wheels are mounted with mismatched Michelin Pilot Sport All Season tires, which show date codes from 2021. The car features Electronic Damping Control (EDC) and M Drive. Braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively.
The heated power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in Bamboo Beige Novillo leather, and Carbon Structure Leather trim accents the dashboard and doors. Amenities include driver-seat position memory, iDrive with navigation, Comfort Access keyless entry, a CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control.
The multifunction leather-wrapped steering wheel features paddle shifters along with tri-color stitching and frames an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 59k miles.
The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The selling dealer tells us that a Dinan exhaust system has been added.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed M-DCT dual-clutch transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock.
The Carfax report is free from accidents or other reported damage.
The Pennsylvania title is listed as a duplicate.
