The trailer features a ceramic-coated semi-monocoque aluminum superstructure with welded extruded aluminum window frames and tinted windows with double-cam latches. It also has s a polished storage bumper, a roof-mounted air-conditioner, a ZipDee patio awning, and ZipDee rear and roadside window awnings. Additional equipment includes a fold-away boarding step, Airkrafters front segment protectors, a dimmable LED porch light, an outdoor shower, and utility connections for fresh water, waste disposal, and 30-amp electrical service.

Alloy 16″ wheels are finished in black with bright edges and mounted with 255/75 Michelin Agilis CrossClimate tires. A spare is secured to the underside. The trailer has a 7,300-lb gross vehicle weight rating, suspension is handled by torsion axles and shocks, and braking is provided by electrically actuated drums on both axles. It is further equipped with two 30-pound propane tanks that are housed in a tongue-mounted aluminum enclosure, and the trailer has a 39-gallon freshwater tank, a 35-gallon gray water tank, and 37-gallon black water tank.

A laminate tabletop is surrounded by a wraparound seating area that converts to a lounge or sleeping accommodations. Aluminum walls and ceilings are complemented by vinyl flooring, and additional interior details include overhead bins, a handcrafted aluminum screen door, panoramic front windows with blackout shades, and side windows with hinged lower panels. Amenities consist of soft-start air conditioning, a heat pump, and an electronic thermostat in addition to a Samsung LED TV, a DVD Player, surround sound speakers with a subwoofer, and a Clarion CD receiver with Bluetooth. A weBoost cell phone signal booster has been added.
