This Flying A Gasoline cloth advertisement was produced by Gangi Studios Incorporated and the Golden State Banner Company and measures approximately 41″ wide by 87″ tall. It has a yellow background, red, black, and white design elements, pole pockets on the top and bottom for hanging, and manufacturer’s markings at the base. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2024, this Flying A Gasoline banner is now offered at no reserve in Salem, Oregon.

The Tidewater script on the bottom of the banner references the Tidewater Associated Oil Company, which owned the Flying A Gasoline brand until Tidewater was acquired by Phillips Petroleum Company in 1966.

Pole pockets are sewn into the top and bottom edges of the banner. The banner and poles weigh 7 pounds.

The banner is printed on one side, and close-up photos of wear are included in the gallery.

“Mfg. by Gangi Studios Inc./Golden State Banner Co. Pat. Pend” is printed on the bottom-right corner. Gangi Studios Inc. was first established in 1941 as a manufacturer of screen advertising.
