This tool kit is intended for use with a Mercedes-Benz 300SL and was acquired by the seller in 2017. The kit includes open-end wrenches, a tire pressure gauge, a wheel mounting fork, a 19mm lug wrench, a fuel injection pump line tool, combination pliers, adjustable pliers, a spark plug wrench, Allen wrenches, spare fuses, a screwdriver, and a drain plug wrench. A vinyl tool roll keeps the contents organized and features sleeves for securing individual items. This 300SL tool kit is now offered at no reserve in Charleston, West Virginia.

The replacement roll is made of vinyl with a cloth lining.

The kit includes five open-end wrenches, four of which feature both Mercedes-Benz and Dowidat branding. The single-sided Dowidat 12mm Standard Material wrench is labeled “DIN 894.” The 6mm/7mm wrench is a replacement.

The black-finished Felo wooden handle accepts interchangeable flat-blade and Phillips-head screwdriver shafts.

The Messko tire pressure gauge measures up to 4 bar and is housed in a blue box with a hinged top featuring the Mercedes-Benz tri-star logo. A reprinted paper instruction sheet is stored in the lid.

Among the specialty tools in the kit are a wheel-mounting fork, a Hazet spark plug wrench and a tommy bar, a two-part “crowfoot” fuel injection pump line tool, a Dowidat drain plug wrench, a 19mm Klein lug wrench, Heyco pliers, a replacement hex wrench, and a reproduction spark plug holder.

Spare fuses are housed in a translucent container with a slide-off lid and a Mercedes-Benz star.
